If you feel your mood swings coming on, let people know about them as soon as possible, so they don't feel like they are provoking your sadness and anger. Sharing your experience in itself can be a huge relief - remember that - so just ask for a hug whenever you need it. Also, keep in mind that people can't read minds, so you have to speak up; but once you do, more people will understand your behavior and will be able to help you deal with your mood swings during menopause.
